What are the dates for the SATShow Week?
SATELLITE x GovMilSpace will take place from Monday, March 23 through Thursday, March 26, 2026. The Exhibition is open from Tuesday, March 24 – Thursday, March 26.
What are the times for the Exhibition?
The Exhibit Hall is open during the following hours:
Tuesday, March 24: 10:00 a.m. – 5:45 p.m.
Wednesday, March 25: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Thursday, March 26: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Do SATELLITE and GovMilSpace offer different registration packages and pricing?
Yes, there are several registration options available. Please visit the Registration page to learn more.
Does SATELLITE x GovMilSpace offer government and military discounts?
Yes! Active military and federal, state and local government employees qualify for the government/military discounted rates. Active military government employees will also receive a free exhibit hall pass!
To obtain the military and government rate, simply select the option during the online registration process. You must register with a government email in order to qualify. Please remember to bring your valid military or government ID to the event. Note: Contractors do not qualify for military discounts.
Business formal is encouraged for all events. Military personnel are encouraged to wear duty uniform.
Will Wi-Fi be available during the conference?
All SATShow Week attendees will have access to Wi-Fi throughout session rooms, common areas, and the exhibit hall.
How do I make my travel arrangements?
SATELLITE x GovMilSpace takes place in Washington, DC at The Walter E. Washington Convention Center – located between 7th and 9th Streets and N Street and Mt. Vernon Place in downtown DC.

Who is the official housing vendor and are there discounted hotel rates?
Yes! Enjoy discounted pricing at one of the many of our partner hotels. Reservations can be made directly with our official housing vendor, Connections Housing, online or by calling them at (702) 625-5496 or e-mail at [email protected].
Please note when making reservations: Unless the e-mail came directly from SATELLITE x GovMilSpace, SATShow Week, or Connections Housing then they are NOT affiliated with the event. Please be vigilant if approached by any company that implies or claims to be an official housing provider of SATELLITE x GovMilSpace. We have been made aware of housing companies or travel agencies that may be aggressively pursuing you, or your company, to book your guest rooms through their company at supposedly significant discounts.
Are there dates for SATELLITE 2027 yet?
Yes! SATELLITE 2027 will take place March 8-11, 2027 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C.
Does the Metro run to the Walter E. Washington Convention Center?
Yes! Take the Yellow Line Train marked Mt. Vernon Sq/7th St-Convention Center. Upon exiting the Mt. Vernon Sq/7th St-Convention Center Metro Station, the entrance to the Convention Center will be directly in front of you. Visit the WMATA website for more information.
Can I transfer my registration to someone else at my company?
Registrations can be altered and edited up until the badge is printed. Access Intelligence recognizes the information in the registration system, NOT the confirmation e-mail, as the most current and valid information. Substitutions may be made until March 20, 2026 for the confirmed registrants. Substitutions will not be allowed onsite at SATShow Week 2026. Notice of substitution must be made in writing by the original registrant to [email protected].
There will be a charge of 30% of the pass value for badge reprints onsite.
How do I cancel my registration, and what is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made in writing, non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. No refunds will be granted for cancellations. Any cancellations made prior to March 6, 2026 can be transferred to next year’s event. Substitutions can be made up to March 20, 2026.
Any refunds due to registrant error will be subject to a processing fee of 15% of the registration fee.
Discounts cannot be combined. Only one discount per registration. Once registration is completed, no discounts can be applied.
If for any reason Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this conference, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by the clients. Cancellation requests can be emailed to [email protected].
No one under the age of 18 is permitted to register for or attend the SATELLITE x GovMilSpace. There are no exceptions and this rule is strictly enforced.
