Every major satellite operator, manufacturer, government buyer, capital allocator, and technology provider in the world converges on Washington every March. SATShow Week is the conference that sets the direction for the satellite and space industry for the year ahead.
Every program. Every networking event. Every conversation that happens in the exhibit hall and in the hallways. SATShow Week is where the satellite industry comes to do its most important work of the year.
The people who set direction for this industry are in Washington in March. Satellite operators, defense officials, investors, engineers, and policymakers. SATShow Week is the one room where all of them are together at the same time.
Your pass opens both SATELLITE and GovMilSpace. The full satellite conference program and the dedicated defense and government track, under one roof, included with every conference pass.
450+ companies in one hall. The full satellite supply chain visible and accessible in three days. Whether you are sourcing technology, comparing vendors, or looking for partners, the exhibit hall is the most efficient room in the industry.

Inner Circle is a separate executive program running inside SATShow Week, designed for the satellite industry’s senior-most leaders. The intelligence briefings are developed specifically for the people in the room and operate under Chatham House rules — what is shared does not leave the session. The executive roundtables bring a small group of qualified leaders together to work through a specific question, with findings summarized and distributed afterward. The TEDx-style keynote is open to all Inner Circle pass holders and runs without competing sessions. None of this programming appears on the general conference agenda.
The Conference Pass is the full SATShow Week experience. Four days of keynotes, panels, the Finance Forum, and the GovMilSpace track — every program running across the global satellite market in one place. The people who set direction for this industry are in Washington in March. The Conference Pass puts you in the room when those conversations happen, and keeps you there through the networking events, the exhibit hall, and every interaction in between.
GovMilSpace is the only satellite event built around national security priorities and defense acquisition — not commercial business development. The Government Pass gives active U.S. and international government employees the full conference and GovMilSpace program at a rate that reflects their role. It is the conference where the defense and commercial space communities align on what the next year demands from both sides.
Active-duty U.S. military personnel attend SATShow Week at no cost. The Military Access Pass provides full access to both the SATELLITE and GovMilSpace programs, the exhibit hall, and all networking events throughout the week. Verification of active-duty status is required at badge pickup. This pass is not available for contractors or retired military.
The Tech Seminar is the only peer-evaluated technical track at SATShow Week. Every presentation begins with a white paper, reviewed by a committee of practicing engineers before it reaches the stage. If you are at SATShow Week primarily for architectural depth, implementation detail, and the technical decisions shaping next-generation satellite systems, the Tech Seminar Pass is built for you. It includes the Opening General Sessions and exhibit hall access throughout the week.
The Exhibit Hall Pass puts you in front of 450+ satellite vendors, with access to the engineers and technical leads behind the technology — not just the sales teams. Whether you are evaluating connectivity solutions, comparing architectures, or identifying partners across the supply chain, three days on this floor gives you a market view that would take months of separate vendor engagements to replicate. The GovMilSpace Pavilion is included, giving you access to the defense and government technology showcase as well. The Exhibit Hall Pass also includes the Opening General Sessions and the Kickoff Party.
