SATShow Week 2027 · Inner Circle · March 8-11 · Washington, DC

The Right Room,
Deliberately Built.

Inner Circle is the executive tier of SATShow Week: proprietary intelligence briefings, curated working groups, and a peer group that does not form by accident. Chatham House rules. The room is built before you arrive.

30-50Per intelligence briefings
10-12Per executive roundtable
100%Custom-curated programming
100%Chatham House rules
Inner Circle is limited to 150 pass holders for SATShow Week 2027.
Proprietary Intelligence

Briefings, forecasts, and perspectives not available in the public program. Speakers and topics are selected specifically for the room, outside the general CFP.

Curated Peer Access

Small-group conversations shaped around role, influence, and relevance. Participation is managed to create the right mix of perspectives while avoiding competitive conflicts.

Candid Executive Exchange

Chatham House Rule creates space for candid discussion that would not happen in a public setting. Curated introductions and strategic connections extend the value beyond the session.

Three Formats. Zero Panel Sessions.

Every Inner Circle session is purpose-built for the executive who values their time.

The SATShow team curates all Inner Circle programming. No call for papers. No submitted abstracts. Each format is designed to produce a specific kind of conversation in a deliberately sized room.

Intelligence Briefings
1-2 expert speakers. 30-40 attendees.

Candid discussions for a qualified room of peers, with multiple briefings running concurrently. Designed for open exchange on sensitive or high-stakes topics. No recording, attribution, or redistribution.

Executive Roundtables
1-2 facilitators. 10-12 participants per table.

Working groups built around a defined industry challenge or strategic question. Participation is curated for the right mix of perspectives while avoiding competitive conflicts. Key findings are shared with participants afterward.

TEDx-Style Talks
VIP keynote. Open to all Inner Circle pass holders.

High-level conversations designed to challenge conventional thinking on the industry’s biggest questions. With no competing sessions, every Inner Circle attendee is in the room, with direct access to the speaker through Q&A and candid conversation afterward.

Chatham House Rules

What you hear stays with you. What you learn, you can use.

Every Inner Circle session operates under Chatham House rules. The standard is simple: attendees are free to use information received in the session, but may not attribute the source. No speaker names. No organization names. The conversation can go places it cannot go in a recorded room.

This is the condition that makes candor possible. Executives who would not speak publicly about capital strategy, acquisition intent, or competitive positioning will do so in a Chatham House environment. That is the value of the room.

No recording of any kind

Sessions are not recorded, broadcast, or transcribed. Notes taken by participants are for their use only.

No external attribution

Remarks may not be attributed to a named speaker or their organization in any external communication, including press, social media, or internal reporting that leaves your organization.

Participant lists shared in advance

Registered Inner Circle pass holders receive the attendee profile before the event. You know the caliber of the room before you arrive.

Every seat is deliberate

Roundtable groups are curated so each participant brings a distinct and complementary perspective. The goal is productive tension and genuine exchange, not consensus among people who already agree.

2027 Program

What Inner Circle is building toward in March 2027.

The 2027 Inner Circle program is in active development. Confirmed sessions and speakers will be announced as they are locked. The areas below reflect the formats and themes under development for SATShow Week 2027.

Intelligence Briefing
Capital Markets and Investment Strategy

A proprietary analyst briefing on where institutional and retail capital is moving in the satellite sector, which business models are attracting investment at premium valuations, and what the deal pipeline looks like from inside a major space-sector investment thesis. Not available in any public program. Developed with senior analysts. Delivered under Chatham House rules.

Executive Roundtable
Spectrum Strategy and Industry Positioning

A structured working group bringing the right people to the same table to address a high-stakes industry question. Participants leave with findings, frameworks, and relationships that do not come from any public forum. Groups are deliberately curated so every seat produces a distinct and complementary perspective.

Intelligence Briefing
Commercial Market Outlook and Competitive Dynamics

A data-driven briefing on which commercial satellite business models are generating the most attractive returns, where competitive positions are consolidating, and how the landscape is likely to shift over the next three to five years. The kind of forward view that is difficult to assemble from public sources alone.

TEDx-Style Talk
High-Caliber Keynote Address

A senior leader — inside or adjacent to the satellite industry — speaking without the constraints of a panel format on a topic that shifts how the room thinks. Open to all 150 Inner Circle pass holders. Runs unopposed. Followed by an extended Q&A and direct time with the speaker. This is not a keynote you watch. It is one you are part of.

The satellite industry’s most consequential conversations happen in Washington every March. Inner Circle is where those conversations are curated for the room that matters.

Who Inner Circle Is Designed For

Decision authority. Capital. Strategic influence.

Inner Circle is not the largest room at SATShow Week. It is the most qualified. Every attendee holds purchasing authority, capital deployment responsibility, market influence, or direct strategic accountability in their organization.

Inner Circle

Use limited time on intelligence and relationships that are genuinely difficult to access elsewhere. That is what Inner Circle is built to deliver.

Before You Register

The questions executives ask. Answered directly.

“I already have meetings at SATShow.”
Inner Circle improves the value of everything around those meetings. The curated schedule is built not to conflict with your existing commitments. The introductions it produces extend well beyond what a packed show floor produces.
“The Conference Pass has strong content.”
Inner Circle adds intelligence and access that the Conference pass does not carry. The briefings, the roundtables, and the TEDx talks are exclusive to Inner Circle and are not on the general program.
“The price is significant.”
Inner Circle is a distinct product, not a premium seat at the same conference. The intelligence briefings, roundtable working groups, and keynote talk are exclusive to this pass. Registered pass holders receive the program and audience profile before the event so they arrive informed, not uncertain. The investment is in access that does not exist elsewhere in the program.
“I don’t know who else will be there.”
The attendee profile is shared with registered pass holders as the room takes shape — which is why registering early matters. The people in this room are drawn by the people already committed to it. Waiting to see who registers first means missing the window to be part of what makes the room worth joining.
