SATShow Week has secured discounted rates at partner hotels near the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. Book through Connections Housing, our official housing vendor, to access the group rate.
Book early. Group rates are available until the block sells out or the cutoff date arrives, whichever comes first. Rooms in the block are limited.
Take the Yellow or Green line to Mt Vernon Sq / 7th St-Convention Center. The venue is directly adjacent to the station exit.
More than 3,000 parking spaces are available within a three-block radius of the facility on a first-come, first-served basis.
Whether you are flying domestic or international, there is a convenient option. DCA is the closest and connects directly to the Metro.
Approx. 8 miles south. Metro accessible via Yellow/Blue line.
Approx. 35 miles west. Accessible via Silver Line Metro or taxi/rideshare.
Approx. 42 miles north. Accessible via MARC commuter rail or rideshare.

Washington, DC is home to world-class museums, monuments, parks, and galleries, most of which are free to visit. The Smithsonian Institution alone covers 19 museums and galleries within walking distance of the Convention Center.
The Convention Center sits in the heart of downtown DC, steps from acclaimed restaurants. Nearby favorites include All-Purpose Pizzeria, Unconventional Diner, and a growing selection of options along the 7th Street corridor.
The Metro system makes it easy to reach neighborhoods across the city from the Convention Center. Rock Creek Park, Georgetown, the National Mall, U Street, and Capitol Hill are all within a short trip.
Amtrak’s Flex fares allow you to modify your booking without cancellation or change fees, making last-minute schedule adjustments easy. Washington Union Station is a 15-minute Metro ride from the Convention Center.
