Share Your Expertise. Shape the Program.

SATShow Week is the world’s largest event dedicated to satellite technology — and the conference program is built by the community it serves. If you have insight worth sharing, we want to hear from you.

Submissions are open now for SATShow Week 2027, returning to Washington, DC March 8–11 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. The deadline to submit is August 3, 2026.

You can submit across four tracks: a speaker or moderator role on the SATELLITE or GovMilSpace conference programs, a highly technical, peer-evaluated R&D presentations on satellite and space technologies, a session or workshop for the Young Professionals, or the Startup Space Competition for seed-level entrepreneurs seeking visibility with investors and industry leaders.

Topic areas span the full satellite and space ecosystem, from AI and software-defined systems to defense SATCOM, resilient architectures, space domain awareness, cislunar operations, and commercial integration into government missions.

All proposals must deliver genuine educational value. SATShow is a practitioner-first forum — technical depth, real-world case studies, and actionable insight are what the program committee looks for.

The deadline is August 3, 2026.
