We know conferences can be a whirlwind — between sessions, networking, and navigating the exhibit hall, the days fill up fast. That’s why we’ve thoughtfully designed an experience that gives you room to build a balanced schedule of both learning and connection.

Design Your Schedule Before You Arrive

As you build your agenda, be sure to check which sessions are included with your pass so you can plan your days with confidence. Keep in mind that the schedule is intentionally designed to give you plenty of time to explore the exhibit hall and reconnect with fellow attendees.

There’s still time to upgrade to a Premium or Conference Pass for access to everything SATELLITE x GovMilSpace has to offer. Premium Pass holders will also receive transcripts of each session (excluding VIP Sessions, which follow Chatham House Rules).

Network While You Wait

Some of the easiest networking happens in the in-between moments — especially before sessions begin.

• Start with coffee. As you’re grabbing your morning cup, introduce yourself to the person next to you and ask which session they’re headed to, or what they’re hoping to learn that day.
• Chat before the session starts. While you’re waiting for a session to begin, ask someone nearby if it’s their first time attending, or what sessions have stood out so far. Many SATShow attendees are new, and fresh connections often lead to the best insights.

Engage with Speakers

Don’t hesitate to approach speakers after their sessions. They welcome thoughtful questions and feedback, and it’s one of the best ways to start a meaningful conversation.

Tip: If the speaker is exhibiting, check whether they have a booth in the exhibit hall. Visiting their booth can offer a more relaxed setting for deeper discussion.

• Focus on companies aligned with the topics and innovations that sparked your interest
