- SATShow Week Kickoff Party (Open to All): 5:30–7:00 PM
- Pro move: Pick up your badge Monday morning to avoid lines later and get a head start on connections.
Tuesday, March 24 — Deep Dive + Meet & Greets
- Young Professionals Meet-Up: Connect with fellow YPs and industry leaders
- Meet & Greets immediately following these programs (great moment to introduce yourself to speakers and attendees):

Pro move: Use Thursday to follow up—revisit booths, solidify next steps, and book any last meetings before everyone disperses.
How to make the most of it (in 3 quick steps)
- Build your plan in the official Event Hub / mobile app (personal agenda + meeting scheduling).
- Circle the YP moments (especially Wednesday’s 1:45–2:45 PM mixer).
- Show up 10 minutes early to meetups and stay a few minutes after sessions for the best networking windows.
