Calling all Young Professionals!

You’re already registered—now let’s make sure you get everything you came for at SATShow Week: new connections, career-boosting conversations, and YP meetups built for early-career leaders.

Your Young Professionals schedule at SATShow Week

Monday, March 23 — Kick Off Strong

  • Badge Pickup Opens: 7:30 AM (West Salon, Street Level)
  • SATShow Week Kickoff Party (Open to All): 5:30–7:00 PM
  • Pro move: Pick up your badge Monday morning to avoid lines later and get a head start on connections.

Tuesday, March 24 — Deep Dive + Meet & Greets

  • Young Professionals Meet-Up: Connect with fellow YPs and industry leaders
  • Meet & Greets immediately following these programs (great moment to introduce yourself to speakers and attendees):
  • CTO Forum: Harnessing the Full Potential of Satellite Spectrum in an Era of Rapid Change
  • Startup Space Pitch Competition (Group 1)
  • Startup Space Pitch Competition (Group 2)
  • Plus: General Session, Startup Space, Exhibit Hall content, roundtables, happy hour
Tip: Attend sessions that matter to you, but remember that hallway conversations and impromptu connections are often just as valuable.

Wednesday, March 25 — Connect & Celebrate

  • 5K Run/Walk: Ticket required
  • Young Professionals Mixer (Brew Lounge): 1:45–2:45 PM — casual networking over coffee and conversation.
  • Via Satellite Awards Luncheon: Ticket required

Thursday, March 26 — Grand Finale

  • Exhibit Hall Guided Tour
  • Closing Keynote
Pro move: Use Thursday to follow up—revisit booths, solidify next steps, and book any last meetings before everyone disperses.

How to make the most of it (in 3 quick steps)

  1. Build your plan in the official Event Hub / mobile app (personal agenda + meeting scheduling).
  2. Circle the YP moments (especially Wednesday’s 1:45–2:45 PM mixer).
  3. Show up 10 minutes early to meetups and stay a few minutes after sessions for the best networking windows.
