Onsite Space Selection: March 25–26, 2026 · Sales Office, Booth #1663

Companies in good financial standing with Access Intelligence who exhibited at the 2026 show are eligible to select their 2027 booth space during onsite appointments.

Appointment Process

How You’ll Be Notified

Each company is assigned a priority order and an appointment date and time to select their 2027 booth space. Companies may not select prior to their assigned appointment time, but may select space after it has passed. Notifications are sent to the main contact Access Intelligence has on file.

Onsite Selection

Selecting a Booth for SATShow Week 2027

Due to a year-over-year increase in the number of exhibiting companies, each company will have a maximum of 3 minutes to make their onsite booth selection. All assigned booth space must be accompanied by a signed contract.

⚠ If you cannot sign a contract during space selection, you may select space after March 26 once you are prepared to sign. We must give companies who are ready to sign the opportunity to select the best available space first.
Option 1

In Person

Come to the Sales Office in booth #1663 during your appointment time to select a booth with the SATELLITE × GovMilSpace sales team. You will be expected to sign a contract at that time. If you cannot sign, the booth will not be held for your company.

Option 2

Proxy Form

If you or a representative cannot attend in person, complete a proxy form to allow the sales team to select space on your behalf. Submit the completed proxy form and 2027 Exhibit Space Contract to Michael Casinelli (SATELLITE) or Paula November (GovMilSpace) no later than Monday, March 23.

Can’t Make It Onsite?

Selecting Booth Space After Space Selection

If you are unable to sign a contract during space selection, or if you are a new company to SATELLITE × GovMilSpace, you can select your booth space after the onsite process concludes. Choose from available spaces on the Floor Plan and send your completed contract to Michael Cassinelli (SATELLITE) or Paula November (GovMilSpace).

Proxy Process

How the Proxy Form Works

Due to the fast-paced nature of space selection, we are not able to take phone calls or video calls to book space. If you cannot send a representative in person, complete a proxy form to allow the sales team to select your booth for you. List your preferred booth locations on the form and the team will make every effort to assign you a preferred location.

⚠ The proxy form does not reserve your preferred booths prior to your appointment time. Other companies may select your preferred spots before your slot. During your assigned time, the sales team will select the next best available location if your preferences have been taken.

Send the completed proxy form and 2027 Exhibit Space Contract to Michael Cassinelli (SATELLITE) or Paula November (GovMilSpace) by Monday, March 23.
