Your Guide to the SATShow Week Event Hub & Mobile App

As you plan your week at SATELLITE x GovMilSpace, the Event Hub / Mobile App will be your primary tool for managing meetings and navigating the schedule onsite.

The most important thing to do now is log in early.

Once you’re logged in, you’ll be able to access the Meeting Hub, view who’s attending, and start setting up conversations ahead of time. All meeting requests and confirmations happen directly in the app, including space booked in the Meeting Hub.

If meetings are part of your plan for the week, the app is essential.

Logging in now gives you a head start on:

• Completing your profile so others can find and understand your role
• Browsing attendees by company and function
• Sending and accepting meeting requests
• Securing time in the Meeting Hub before calendars fill up

Meeting space is limited and scheduled through the app, so availability will move quickly once attendees begin planning.

At this stage, the app is best used for:

• Meeting scheduling and messaging
• Viewing the full agenda and saving sessions
• Browsing the list of exhibiting companies

• Interactive floor plans will go live in March, making it easier to navigate session rooms, meeting rooms, and exhibit areas onsite.
• Additional onsite features and updates will be added as we get closer to the event.
