SATELLITE and GovMilSpace announce expanded conference agenda designed to bolster the satellite and space industry at SATShow Week 2026

More than 15,000 attendees and over 450 exhibitors expected at SATShow Week 2026, taking place March 23-26, 2026, in Washington, D.C.

Rockville, MD – October 29, 2026SATELLITE, the world’s largest satellite and space communications event, and GovMilSpace, the only satellite event designed specifically for government, military, and allied national security stakeholders, introduced an expanded conference program for SATShow Week 2026. The unified schedule delivers an enriched lineup of educational content, VIP leadership sessions, and new engineering-focused technical seminars. A simplified pass structure now provides full access to both SATELLITE and GovMilSpace with a single conference pass, plus reduced-rate options for government, group attendance, and engineering-focused participants. SATELLITE 2026 and GovMilSpace 2026 combine under one roof for SATShow Week 2026 from March 23-26, 2026, at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C.

“SATShow Week 2026 delivers our most educationally focused program yet, packed with critical conversations and technical insight addressing issues, challenges, and opportunities in the satellite, space, and defense industries,” said Jeffrey Hill, Executive Chairman of SATELLITE and GovMilSpace. “We created a schedule that allows attendees to conduct business and still dedicate meaningful time to conference sessions where they can learn, ask questions, and apply insights directly to their work.”

Hill continued, “…to support that, we have eliminated siloed track passes and introduced a single conference pass that provides access to every SATELLITE and GovMilSpace session. Participants can move freely between topics and engage in the discussions most relevant to them without restricted access.”

“With participation from U.S. government, military, and space agencies, along with leaders representing the complete satellite supply chain, SATShow Week is the best place to understand emerging capabilities and the power of space-based solutions.”

As the world’s premier satellite technology event, SATELLITE and GovMilSpace will connect 15,000 expected attendees and 450 exhibitors across the full spectrum of satellite communications, including commercial, government, defense, telecommunications, mobility, and investment.

For 2026, new educational tracks and a streamlined schedule help attendees plan their time efficiently. SATShow Week begins Monday, March 23, with GovMilSpace sessions, the Finance Forum, and the start of two days of Tech Seminars. On Tuesday, March 24, the Exhibit Hall opens, the general SATELLITE program begins with the opening keynote, and the new VIP Sessions take place. SATELLITE general sessions, the Exhibit Hall, and partner programming continue through March 24–26.
Among the new components on the 2026 agenda:

  • GovMilSpace Expanded Programming: With a conference pass inclusive of all SATELLITE and GovMilSpace sessions, every attendee can now access conversations on the future of space and defense collaboration. Speakers on the GovMilSpace program include government, military, and intelligence leaders, along with program directors and mission planners driving advancements in space-based ISR, imagery and data exploitation, cyber defense, resilient architectures, and next-generation national security strategies.
  • Tech Seminars: Designed for engineers and technical leaders, the new Tech Seminars are a series of 16 interactive, 25-minute presentations delivered directly by technical teams behind the innovations. Attendees engage in deep-dive discussions on topics covering propulsion, reflectors, software, AI, and more, and walk away with actionable solutions and white papers. Details on the reduced-rate pass with access to only the Tech Seminars and Exhibit Hall are available here.
  • VIP Sessions: Limited to 200 senior leaders, the new VIP Sessions are focused, closed-door conversations and valuable peer discussions led by investors, operators, and policymakers. Information on securing a Premium Pass with access to the VIP Sessions is available here.

“This industry-defining SATShow Week was designed based on attendee feedback,” Hill added. “The Tech Seminars were determined by a peer advisory board which reviewed nearly 75 proposals. VIP Sessions create opportunities for candid executive discussions under the Chatham House Rule, giving leaders access to insight that can’t be found anywhere else. We’re proud of the program and look forward to bringing the industry together to discover breakthrough innovations, build relationships, and get deals done.”

Registration is open for all SATShow Week 2026 passes at satshow.com. Early “Launch Rate” pricing is available through December 11, 2025. The educational agenda will expand over the coming weeks, with more speakers, networking, and event details to come.
