Hello SATShow Community!
It’s a very exciting time for the event, as we’ve launched our conference program schedule live on the SATShow website! We already have 60 speakers confirmed, including representatives from NASA, the U.S. Depart of War, Space Development Agency, and several of the leading global space and satellite technology companies!
Kicking off our GovMilSpace program, Sherin Kamal from the U.S. DoW and Craig Miller from Viasat will join a discussion titled, “Mission Partner or Investor? How the Government-Commercial Space Relationship Is Evolving.” This session examines where that relationship is working, where procurement structures and classification barriers still prevent it from reaching its potential, and what both sides need to change to move from transactional vendor relationships toward genuine mission partnership.
On the SATShow conference program, Ramu Potarazu, CEO of the newly merged D2D company Elveo Mobile, will be a featured speaker for the session “The Race to D2D Delivery.” Elveo and other leading D2D providers will address the technical constraints that still separate D2D ambitions from user experience parity with terrestrial mobile, including link budget physics, spectrum coordination with existing MNO allocations, and the device-side chipset ecosystem that must scale to make the economics work.
Our Tech Seminar, now in its second year, already includes more than a dozen technical presentations, including speakers from SES, Cisco, BitRipple, and the University of North Texas. Presentations on the program range from breakthroughs in space compute to ISR intelligence gathering.
We also have the first of many guest speakers confirmed for our brand-new Inner Circle program – created for industry executives and thought leaders looking for exclusive intel and networking opportunities. EraDrive CEO & Co-Founder Sumant Sharma will join Janelle Teng Wade from Bessemer Venture Partners for a discussion that will cover what the space autonomy category looks like under VC diligence, as well as which technical risks are real versus perceived, what traction signals matter most at the early stage, and how the venture ecosystem has evolved to better support dual-use companies.
These new additions, plus our comprehensive Exhibit Hall program, represent the start of the biggest and best conference program we’ve ever assembled! We look forward to announcing more speakers and more events as we inch closer to March 2027!
Sincerely,
Jeffrey Hill
