As we build SATShow Week 2027, we’re spending a lot of time thinking about what makes the program genuinely useful to the people who come to Washington each March.
Part of that is accessibility. SATShow Week has grown to bring together a wide range of commercial, government, military and technical audiences, and we want to make it easier to identify where the conversations most relevant to your work are happening across SATELLITE, GovMilSpace, the Tech Seminar and Inner Circle.
But accessibility is only part of it. We’re also looking closely at the information behind those conversations: what is changing in the market, where government priorities are moving, which technologies are beginning to alter the competitive landscape, and what leaders need to understand as they make decisions for the year ahead.
That focus on timely, useful information extends beyond the four days we spend together in Washington.
For more than 40 years, Via Satellite has been part of the global satellite and space community, reporting on the companies, technologies, markets and people shaping the industry. Defense Daily brings more than six decades of reporting and intelligence across defense, with deep visibility into programs, budgets, acquisition, policy and national security priorities.
This year, we’re bringing those editorial perspectives more directly into SATShow Week. Via Satellite will play a greater role in shaping the conversations around SATELLITE, while Defense Daily will bring its defense-market expertise more deeply into GovMilSpace. The intent is to create a stronger connection between the communities and intelligence these brands support throughout the year and the conversations that happen in person each March.
The result is a program grounded in what is happening across the commercial and government markets, with conversations shaped by the people closest to those developments.
You’ll see more of that connection this year as the program develops. Our aim is to make SATShow Week easier to navigate while continuing to strengthen the information, perspective and access you can take back to your business or mission.
We look forward to showing you more in the months ahead.
