Exhibitor Registration

As an exhibiting company, you are entitled to 4 complimentary booth personnel passes and 1 complimentary Executive Pass per 100 net square feet of your booth.  You also receive discounted rates on passes above and beyond your allotment. To register booth personnel over and above your allotment costs $35 each.

Registration Information

Registration is located in the East Salon of the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. You may also designate a date and time to pick up your entire group’s badge. To schedule a pickup date and time please visit the Exhibitor Resource Center.

**Please note that the group badge pick-up is by APPOINTMENT ONLY. This is also optional and anyone requesting their badge at the registration desk after the group badges are picked up will be charged a $25 reprint fee. If you choose this option you will be picking up your entire group’s badges, you cannot pick and choose names to pick up.

What you’ll need to pick up your badge:

  • Confirmation email or number
  • Valid driver’s license or form of photo ID
