- Call for Speakers -

SATShow Week is the world’s largest event dedicated to satellite technology for commercial and government customers. Our conference programs are community-sourced, which means we create them based on the hundreds of proposals we receive through our annual Call for Speakers. Your expertise and perspective play an invaluable role in the success of this event. Whether you want to launch new initiatives, share best practices, educate colleagues, or inspire the next generation, SATShow Week is the perfect platform.

Through this portal, you can submit a proposal for one of the following options:

  1. Speak on a SATELLITE conference panel session (Topics focused on commercial satellite industry trends, opportunities, and challenges designed for a general audience).
  2. Speak on a GovMilSpace conference panel session (Topics focused on satellite and space technologies for government and military use.)
  3. Give a presentation or share a poster on our tech & engineering program (High-level technical topics based on research, technical breakthroughs, use cases, or meeting customer requirements. Must include visual support materials. Your proposal may include an additional speaker to join you for your presentation).
  4. Give a keynote speech (For marquee-level speakers who can attract press and more than 250 attendees. Topics must be of interest to the satellite and space industry.)
